Here’s a collection of great books, podcasts, etc. that you can use to learn even more if you’re not already sick of me talking about habits and food and “dieting”. Pace yourself with these resources. Sometimes, even if it's super beneficial information, we can suffer from overwhelm and just end up doing and absorbing nothing. Pick one resource that interests you and give it your full attention. Take inspired action, then head back and consume some more. This page will still be here!
Podcasts/Blogs/Other inspiring thangs.
The Nourished Child with Jill Castle, RDN- Excellent resource if you have little ones and meal times are a struggle.
Food Psych Podcast with Christy Harrison, MPH, RD, CDN- In case you didn't believe me when I said diets are no bueno, here's an amazing dietitian saying it too. :)
On the Regimen by Mike Vacanti- Mike doesn't exactly go by a "diet-free" lifestyle in its core meaning, but many of his videos/posts have been transformational for me.
Modern Health Monk- Awesome Youtuber who introduced me to the concept of tiny habits (that add up to huge success).
